The biggest cake in Central America

Numar on its 60th anniversary wanted to share with all of Costa Rica, a party that was organized for the whole family in the Plaza de la Democracia, in San José Centro. An all-day event was designed, with activities, dance and of course, the biggest cake made, so far, in all of Central America. That day 17,000 slices of cake were distributed.
Numar is a much-loved brand, it has become a tradition of the Costa Rican people. For this reason, on its 60th anniversary, the house was thrown out the window with a celebration of the largest cake in Central America, which measured 8 m x 4 m and 3 m in height.
The Event started at 9:00 a.m. with activities for children, followed by a dance music concert and to finish with the final decoration of the cake by the pastry chefs who baked and prepared the largest cake.
Role: creativity, design, production, and execution of the project. One of the requirements that our clients gave us: "the cake slices had to be 30 cm high", with three layers of cake and jam filling. Not only was this goal met, but 17,000 12-inch slices of delicious flavor were distributed to all the attendees.
